Boobs after having baby

Not sure I'm on the right thread but looking for some advice.
I had my baby a week ago todayanyway around Wednesday my boobs started to feel abit sensitive and I could tell they were filling up.
On Thursday they were becoming quite hard in places, same still was happening yesterday.
Anyway today they have gone really soft and only feel slightly hard in certain places. I have no leaking and I am also not breast feeding (obviously)
Can anyone tell me what's happening? Will they start filling up again? Does every woman's boobs leak?

I don't think everybody leaks.
Sounds like they have figured out you're not bf and so haven't produced more milk after the initial engorgement.
Still early days though so I wouldn't worry in the slightest

If you’re suppressing then it’s probably your milk drying up (for want of a better term). I didn’t breastfeed, day 3 was agony but my boobs were back to normal after a week. No leaking either.

If your not bf then don't touch them - and just leave them be.
Midwife advised me last time.

Milk production is supply and demand. If you are not breastfeeding or expressing your breasts will not produce a supply of milk. You will likely still produce a little milk for a while, and you could increase the supply again if you chose to, but it's good that your breasts are going soft if you don't want to breastfeed or pump
