Possible pregnancy almost 4 weeks after confirmed miscarriage

It was confirmed 4 weeks ago I was miscarrying and still bleeding just under 2 weeks ago now thinking this could of been implant bleed, I had a negative test last Friday and today I took a test and having faint positive also clear blue says pregnant 1-2 surely this can’t be a pregnancy already? So confused I have a scan tomorrow to check for retained products but wouldn’t I have symptoms?

I got BFP 4 weeks after miscarriage so yes is possible also I have no symptoms. I guess could be retained product if you had false negative. Hopefully scan will clear it up tomorrow. I miscarried sac 4 weeks before bfp and had spotting for a few days after so maybe up to 3 weeks before bfp.
