13+5 but had week long bleed?

Hello everyone I've just been for my 12 week , MW worked out I'll be around 12 weeks from my last period but I'm actually 13+5 which means baby was conceived in October but my last period was 5th November - 10th..
I'm very confused and to be honest I should of mentioned it to her, I guess it doesn't matter TOO much as baby is fine and wriggling around but I was wondering has anyone else experienced this too? X

My dates were changed due to measurement during scan. The dates they gave me don't make sense to me. They told me not to take too much notice and that they would go on measurements rather than period info etc also said measurements can vary a little and a due date can be wrong by a couple of weeks either side and not to worry.

Yes I had this - thought I was 4 weeks but turned out to be 8: had a period as usual (that with hindsight was a bit lighter than usual) but was pregnant already! I’m now approaching 37 weeks and baby is absolutely fine!

It's amazing how pregnancy works!
Just seemed so odd but I guess it's all normal xx
