12 weeks and sex

Anyone else noticed changes in how sex feels? there’s definitely positive changes I’ve noticed but also after we’ve been having sex for a bit it starts to feel uncomfortable? It feels similar to when I was due on my period and everything inside feels swollen and tender. Theres no issue with dryness and I’m definitely up for it, it’s just after 10 mins or so, mostly positions where it’s deeper just feel tender.
Is this normal? Wondering if I should give the midwife a ring

I'm not sure of what week but I noticed gradually that it becomes more and more uncomfortable (to the point of me not enjoying it / wanting to do it all).

If you are concerned there's no danger in asking but I'd imagine it's probably normal. Everything is just moving around and although it's unlikely to be baby causing this pressure etc at this point, I imagine it can still be uncomfortable xx

@yakadee thanks for responding! I’m not too worried but was kind of hoping that it wasn’t going to be permanent and it’d get back to feeling normal! Don’t want to write myself off for 6 more months then however long when baby’s here lol

I know what you mean. Unfortunately I doubt it will before having baby. Fingers crossed your delivery is straight forward. I hear lots of people go back to normal (unfortunately I didn't but had intervention) x
