32+4 Baby lying on its side..

I had a scan today at 32+4 and baby is currently head down and currently on its side.
The sonographer said to get a ball and start using it to encourage baby to get into position.
I should of asked what I should actually be doing other than sitting on it.. I am not due to see any one until the 6th of Feb.
Anyone been in this situation and know what I should be doing?
Is it just sitting on it and rocking/bouncing?
Thanks

Have a look at spinningbabies.com. Lots of advice on getting baby into the optimal position.

Plenty of time to get in proper position!! Sounds like baby nearly is, with being head down.

Mine's transverse, though she keeps moving between oblique, transverse and longitudinal (not sure if head down or breech). Midwife's not concerned about her unstable lie. I'm 34 weeks and I've been told there's still plenty of time!

Thank's for your reply @Physickate, I read that I still have plenty of time, But I was worried!
I am sure baby has already moved over as the place my movements are in are different today since going on my ball.
Fingers crossed for you and I hope she settles the right way soon.
