Hello. I really need some help here! I’m not TTC but would not be disappointed if I was pregnant necessarily. I’ll start at the beginning. I must only be days post ovulation. I know you’re not supposed to test early but I’ll explain why I did... my last period ended 7th/8th January. My BF and I had full sex on day 2 and day four of my period unprotected because we thought our chances of conceiving are incredibly low.
I had odd cramping a day or so after the last time. Like little electric shock like cramps right on the front middle public bone, on front of vagina. Not like usual period pain areas but lower. Then every single day after until yesterday I had severe nausea. Uncontrollable all day and night nausea, no reprieve. I was getting occasional headaches when I never get headaches, was feeling dizzy and spun out there was and still is a bit of an odd taste in my mouth. Yesterday after what felt like my hundredth day of severe nausea from the hour I woke, I did a test. It was the worst it had been yesterday and I was actually sick.ive not had symptoms of a bug, no other ill feeling.
Immediately there was pinkness on the test side. It’s a wilko cheap one. When I shone a light under it there was a pink line in the test window. It was faint and pink. I freaked out a bit. Last month my cycle was regular but I spotted a lot throughout the month getting my period as expected on the 5th of this month. Is it an evaporation line? Was the test flooded?
Today I test first wee on a clear blue non digital and nothing. Then this afternoon on another wilko and a few of those thin stick ones but nothing. Not even a hint of a line. My nausea has gone completely and I can eat finally so ate many craved carbs.
What do you think? I’ve had no cramping or spotting. Is it possible to have a surge of hormones that provide an initial positive? Is it just too early to know?
I’d grown attached to the idea last night so had my bf. Any advice would be appreciated
