Hi,
I'm just a little bit worried, just need a little bit of reassurance.
I have a habit of knocking things with my belly or using it as a battering ram, or just forgetting that I'm pregnant!
I'm about half way through my pregnancy, and yesterday I decided to empty my partners car, stupidly putting his weights and car jack into a ruck sack.
Once I pulled it away from the car it dragged me down as I didn't realise how heavy it was, then stupidly continued to carry it to the house.
I immediately got sharp pains just below my belly button, so stayed in bed most of the day.
Then later on even sex was really painful, I think my cervix or right at the back, an then continued getting stomach pain.
Don't know if I've just pulled something, but I feel like I've hurt the baby.

Call your midwife if you are worried

There's a helpline you can call. The number should be on the front of your notes and there's always a midwife on the other end. I think you can call from 18 weeks.

I've just text her, she usually texts back straight away.
