7 weeks - boobs no longer hurt

Has anyone else had this? My boobs have been in agony since pretty much days after I conceived and now over the last few days the pain has gone away. I went up two bra sizes as well but they've now gone back down to normal. Feeling a bit worried but I did a test and there was still a strong line.

I've been googling as my nausea has decreased quite a bit at 8 weeks. Apparently this is all normal - symptoms come and go for most people, and aren't a reliable sign of anything.

I also saw info that said that HCG hormone levels off around 7/8 weeks, so quite a few people get a change in their symptoms around then.

Wishing you well!

Oh that's interesting about the hormones levelling out, hopefully it's just that. I've booked a private scan for next week anyway because I think it will make me feel better to see what's going on!

Symptoms definitely come and go. I had sore boobs one day, the next it was gone then would come back again. Same with nausea. Was like that till about 12/13 weeks then most of them eased off

Hi my boobs have been on and off since day one so I think it's normal. My sickness on the other hand has been constant and shows no signs of going yet and I'm 12 weeks 😂

From my own experience I had this and it was not good news, although I know people who had the same and all was fine. I recommend contacting your midwife and seeing what she advises - I’m sure all will be fine but better safe than sorry x

That is about the time the placenta takes over so a decrease in symptoms is normal. Good luck with the scan

Update, I woke up this morning and they are hurting again! So I guess the symptoms do come and go. It's still worrying though especially when that is pretty much my only symptom.

I’m 20+4 and my boobs were very on and off at that stage. I would freak out as they’d barely be sore for 4/5 days and then they’d come back!

I wouldn’t try to read too much into it if I’m honest.

My boobs are also still changing shape and size on a regular basis. Sometimes they feel hard and swollen an other times they just feel like empty sacks.

I've been going mad on threads the past week about symptoms decreases or in my case just suddenly stopping all together. Apparently it's completely normal so I wouldn't worry about it too much. From week 6 I had sickness feeling, cramps and hangover feeling which lasted 2 weeks then stopped all together. I'm now 11 +2 and they haven't came back and it worried me. It's all normal so don't worry x

I'm so relieved to see these messages. I'm 9wks at the moment, my 3rd pregnancy after 2 mc in 2018. I'm paranoid anyway that I'll loose this one too and woke up this morning to have no symptoms at all. The last few weeks I've had bloating, burping, fatigue, trouble sleeping and sore boobs. I had a proper freak out and have booked a private scan for tomorrow. It's so reassuring to know that other people's symptoms vanish too though I'm sorry that you also have these anxieties. How I wish I had a permanent window into my womb to check the progress! 🤞 everything is fine for all of us.
