So far I'm feeling exhausted like I could literally sleep anywhere except at night for some unknown bloody reason. I've had bouts of diarrhoea for 3 days (sorry if TMI).
It feels like the world is about to fall out of my lady bits, the pressure is making it so hard to walk and I'm pretty sure stairs are the devil. I've got this lovely cough left over from a cold that makes me feel like I will just cough the baby out.
Wise mums of Mumsnet tell me it's almost over!! Anyone else feel like this?
Just having a moan really.
From a fed up mum to be.

Snap - got c section in two weeks but feel so awful I would rather he just came now. Sickness back today. Have to crawl up the stairs as get too breathless walking up. No sleep (mostly thanks to four year old getting into our bed every night!) movements are painful as room gets tight. Meh.

queenofnaps · 12/01/2019 17:03

I'm booked for my section on the 28th!
I feel that way too, wishing he was here sooner rather than later but still only 2 (looooong) weeks left.
Oh yeah forgot about the weird bouts of nausea.
Not my favourite part of pregnancy.

I find out exact day on Monday but should be around 24 or 25th. Seems like ages away 😔 we can do this!

mrsed1987 · 12/01/2019 20:54

Im due on 28th and getting a bit fed up with aching in my bump and so tired! Been having a nap every evening! Lol

Cariadxx · 12/01/2019 22:44

I'm due on the 29th and properly fed up now. Baby hadn't even had the decency to have his head engaged yet so not looking like any time soon. I just want to cry. I'm never comfortable, sick of my bump dragging on my belly when I walk etc.

mrsed1987 · 12/01/2019 22:48

Maybe i spoke to soon appear to have lost my mucus plug this evening!

queenofnaps · 13/01/2019 12:35

Congrats mrsed fingers crossed for you that baby is on its way!
I have now been joined by constant backache, adding that to my list of things I'm not a fan of in pregnancy.
I don't nap I pass out! It's like my body can't take being awake any longer and so it doesn't. I have a lot of trouble getting back to sleep after that though

Cariad sorry to say a lot of the time baby doesn't engage until you're in labour but I know what you mean. You just kind of just want a definite sign that baby is heading in the right direction, that there's an end in sight.

I'm due on Saturday and so fucking bored of being pregnant.

Had lots of contractions when I went to bed last night but nothing since.

Cariadxx · 13/01/2019 12:50

@queenofnaps that's exactly it. Just a sign that says the end is in sight would be great!

goose1964 · 13/01/2019 12:56

Having had 2 babies go very overdue I'd mentally change my due date to 2 weeks later and anything ea is a bonus. My theory is that the end of the pre is so uncomfortable you start looking forward to labour.

mrsed1987 · 13/01/2019 19:21

Managed to do spring cleaning, unpacked the pram and sorted out the bottle steriliser ect this afternoon. Had a bath and now waiting for pizza 🤗

Im deffo getting ready as had some intense period type pains in the last hour! Really just hoping for a few more days at least so our kitchen is finished and the builders are out of our hair!

37 weeks today and feels so weird as last pregnancy I was induced and had baby at 37 + 3. Wondering when this baby will come on his own. Feels so strange playing the waiting game.

rach2713 · 13/01/2019 21:22

I'm due today and no sign as such have been having mild contractions since last Saturday and had a sweep on Thursday. Was on hands and knees washing my kitchen floor and hoovering my stairs still nothing. This is my 4th so thought would have gone now. With my last I had already had her as had pre-eclampsia so was induced just hate the waiting game and people saying have you had her yet driving me crazy lol..

queenofnaps · 15/01/2019 21:56

Oh yep I've been straight up ignoring my phone. I just can't hear anymore 'any sign of baby' and 'how are you feeling?' By the way fine wasn't an acceptable response. On went the in depth questions regarding the early signs of labour. Yay for me!
I know they're just excited and happy for me but the wait is so long (I know this is the shortest part of pregnancy but it feels long). We (the pregnant people) are the ones that feel it the most, being reminded every day that baby is still not here is not helpful.
1 week and 5 days left! Definitely counting!
