Tips for turning a breech baby?!

Hi All

I am 35+6 weeks and had a midwife appointment yesterday!

She confirmed that the baby is currently breech at the moment but not too worry as plenty of time to turn!!

I've another appointment next week and if it's still the same I need to go for a scan and maybe try to get them to turn it.

Is there any tips on what I could do before it comes to that to turn the baby myself?!xx

Spending time on your hands and knees can help. Have a look at the Spinning Babies website, lots of useful tips there
