This may have been covered but what travel systems do you ladies recommend?
So far I like the Joolz Day3, Silver Cross Pioneer and the Ickle Bubba one.
Budget about £800.

It depends on what you'll be mainly using it for, how often etc.

We had the Pioneer and loved it. I don't drive, live in a city and the wheels where fab for the terrain. Also equally as good when we went to gravelly parks though!
Also the basket is massive which was a godsend when having to walk/catch buses with shopping!

The only downside is that it is really bulky and we struggled to get it in our car so I'd check that out before you go for it. Definitely worth the money though, it's a fab pram.

Thankyou @needanappp, I will probably use it going into town and parks etc.
I have a Hyundai Tucson so boot space is not an issue.
Will be trying them out in the shop 😊

I’ve just bought a second hand (but excellent condition) Pioneer travel system. Really pleased with it! It came from friends who live in London but are quite active/sporty so city and park approved. Don’t know anything about the other brands except I wouldn’t buy something called ‘Ickle Bubba’ on principle 😂🤣

We love our silver cross pioneer. We started off in London but now live in the countryside and it is equally good “off road” when the need arises!

Only downsides for me are

  • Bulky and big to get on buses - when we lived in London this was quite annoying
  • too big to go in boot of our old fiesta in one piece (but we now have a car with a bigger boot!)
  • the car seat that came free with ours, the simplicity, was fine for newborn stage but I found the straps quite hard to tighten and we now have a Joie all stages one . When baby is small though it is sometimes handy to be able to carry the car seat and just plop it on the wheels

If we were doing it all again I would 100% buy the pioneer again, it has been brill. DD is 20 months now and it’s still great.

Neither would I, that's just grim!

I have a cosatto modhero travel system that was an absolute steal in their sale. Worth looking at the clearance section of their website.

Yes the brand name is cringey, but I’ve got the black Ickle Bubba V4. I was a bit apprehensive with it being an online company but the quality is far better than I ever could have expected and it’s so easy to assemble, for half the price of most travel systems out there. The changing bag is tiny and naff though so I’m going to get a different one but apart from that it’s brill
