13+4 and cramping

Im currently 13+4 with my 2nd and have not had a good start so far! Ive had bleeding on 3 occaions, uti, morning sickness really bad till about 10 weeks and just general tiredness. I started to feel better and enjoy my pregnancy and then Friday I started getting cramps on the left side of my stomach. Over the weekend it spread to my whole stomach and feels like dull ache/ period cramps. I went to the EPU who said without a scan they wont know whats happening and as I have a scan booked this Friday I have to wait till then. The cramps come and go and sometimes are so uncomfortable/painful. I was really worried so went to a private scan today. The baby is fine, growing well and no visible problems. So my question is could this just be round ligament pain? I didnt have any with my 1st pregnancy and had the impression it would just be little aches and pains. This feels very full on and has been on and off since Friday! Any advice or experiences would be appreciated! Thank you Smile

I am 13w 6d, and I have had some mild cramps, but as I have fibroids I put it down to that. I am guessing the baby start to grow rapidly at this point so I expect stretching of ligaments etc would hurt a little.
Mine has settled now, has yours?
