Groin pain when sneezing?

It feels like an elastic band pulling, sharp pains when I sneeze or cough a certain way. Is this down to pelvic ligaments? I'm also getting pain when I walk in my right hip/back.

I get it if I cough or sneeze lying on my back

It really doesn’t hurt and feel as though you’ve ruptured something for a couple of seconds! I’m 13+1 and have started getting it if I twist into a funny position. Oh the joys!
