I'm 27 weeks and full of the usual aches, pains and discomfort - I'm also hypermobile and my hips are disaster! However this morning I've woken up with an odd pain between my shoulder blades, quite high up and just to the left of the middle.
It's not muscular and not radiating anywhere and I can't quite match it up to other people's symptoms of referred pain from reflux, gallstones etc. It feels surface mounted and very localised, if that doesn't sound too weird, as if someone with a sharp finger is poking me. I actually keep touching it because I expect to find a huge zit sitting on there! Nothing visible there though.
I have a midwife appointment on Friday anyway so I'd really like to avoid going to the doctor tomorrow if I can but it's rather painful. Does anyone have similar experience?
