Pinkish discharge.. 12 weeks tomorrow

I hope this isn’t TMI but I’ve been getting this pinkish discharge on and off all day. I have no cramping or pain but am stressing..

Can someone please ease my mind? X

I wouldn’t worry too much, I had a fair amount of bleeding up to 16 weeks and DD is nearly 6 months asleep upstairs (how long for is another subject). Enjoy your pregnancy! I was advised to only get worried if I had red blood that soaked through a pad. That happened, but yet DD is still here!

@JustMe18 I’ve been having similar alongside backache and period cramps. I’m having my 12 week scan today and am absolutely terrified. Fingers crossed for both of us

@JustMe18 it really is. It’s an awful position to be in. I read a lot of stories about bleeding at 12 weeks on netmums and most of them have a positive outcome (I was very surprised actually) not wanting to give false hope, just what I found x

I've literally having blood like this on lots of occasions through my first pregnancy (healthy 15mo DS) and this pregnancy (I'm now 17 weeks along).
Even though it seems quite "normal" for me I stress every time but it never gets any worse. It's only wiping and would never get on my pants of fill a pad which is when you have to start worrying.
It can be a small bleed inside the uterus but completely seperate from the baby, or coming from your cervix, there's an increase of blood in your body while pregnant and some irritation (sex, pooping, exercise) can cause you to bleed but shouldn't affect the baby.
Thankfully you've got your scan tomorrow (or today depending on what day you was speaking of at 1 in tjr morning) which should put your mind at ease.
Pregnancy never really stops being stressful!

I just really really hope that everything is ok.. my heart is beating so fast and hard!

The discharge is only when I wipe, I never have any in my underwear.

I don't know if you're religious but please pray for me

Hi I'm 34 and found out two weeks ago I'm pregnant with my 5th baby midwife has said I'm 4 weeks but my flo app says 8 weeks I've been bleeding pinkish blood today have had a blood test hcg was 195 thousand no scan has anyone had anything like this got no pain anywhere but my back and that's it

I have pcos and treated underactive thyroid i took this test on the day I missed my period am I pregnant or evaporation line

Blood streaked discharge! I feel this is definitely my mucus plug and not a good sign. I am 10 weeks pregnant. I feel my cervix wal getting softer because of this continuous discharge. It's a same feeling when I have a time at ovulation and may be cervix is opening. Can anyone relate with me? GO said I have thursh but I am using Canesten pessary and it cannot stop this discharge.

Ive been having the same. I had a huge bleed when I was 10+1 weeks, like more than can be normal. Told I was miscarrying but touch wood baby is still doing fine. I am now 11+5 weeks and I’ve been having the same discharge. My midwife told me small amounts of blood is okay. And many people I have spoken to have said they have had bleeding throughout so it’s probably just the hormone changes :)
