12+4 sickness getting worse?!

Some of you may remember me posting last month that I felt all of my sickness had gone when I was around 8 weeks. It came back with a vengeance when I was 9+, but for the last week/10 days I feel like it's just getting worse. I'm struggling to eat anything after 6pm (Not good when I work nights/long days and get home late!) Last night managed a slice of toast after work then was really sick before bed, couldn't face anything else so went to bed empty and have woken up this morning vomiting again, bile this time😷 I've been taking prochlorperazine which I have felt has done very little. I'm also suffering from urinary incontinence every time I vomit which is getting very embarassing.
My question is does this warrant a trip to the gp? Every day I just pray that it must finish soon as I am over 12 weeks!
Thank you🌻

Or is this just normal morning all day sickness? And I need to man up?😁

A trip to your gp wont do any harm. It sounds rough. Ive currently been signed off work for 5 weeks now with terrible sickness so you have my sympathies. It's not always a case of just 'man up' as sometimes you need to give in to it and rest. I'd say go to the gp.

I'm sorry to say in my case 12 weeks officially marked the 'ramping up' of the sickness! I felt very cheated! It was very full on until about 15 weeks but gone completely by 18 weeks. And I had a very healthy pregnancy. Im sure yours will calm down soon but in the meantime hopefully the GP will give you some reassurance. Congratulations btw!

Poor you, I can totally sympathise - I’m 12 + 1 and since Wednesday last week have been vomiting and feeling like death, prior to that just manageable nausea throughout the day which went away for a while after eating. I was just about to congratulate myself on getting through the worst bit so easily !!!

Poor you, it's horrible. I'm afraid like a pp mine ramped up at 12 weeks rather than stopping, and didn't go away until after 18 weeks in all three of my pregnancies. Sorry, I know that's not what you want to hear. Hope it eases off soon.
