Feeling stressed & demotivated at work - advice needed

So I’m 25 weeks pregnant and I’m feeling really demotivated and stressed at work. I know I wasn’t a very good worker last week and will be doing some work at home this evening to catch up.

I really don’t know why I’m feeling like this. I’m feeling really stressed, anxious and demotivated although nothing bad has happened at work.

How can I shake this?

I’m exactly the same - 22 weeks and have lost all motivation. Keep covertly googling baby stuff when I should be working and have loads to do!

The thing that has helped me is setting myself lots of small interim goals between now and my maternity leave starting. So getting X achieved this week, X before Christmas etc. My job lends itself well to this though? Is that something you could try?

I’ve also negotiated to work from home one day a week until mat leave (although will increase this as it gets nearer) as it takes the pressure off a bit. Can you do that with your work?
