But my mate had one done there and its gorgeous, really pretty and well done.

nomdeplume · 15/06/2007 12:21

i suspect things have moved on since then but i have no complaints, it healed quickly, they were really nice guys and the actual design is exactly as I'd drawn it out. It was ££££ though.

KittylettesoontobeMadOldBint · 15/06/2007 12:23

My God1 I know!

I worked in one for a few months and there would be like a tiny round circle or something and it would be like £50!!

I dont even want to know what my thigh piece would cost if i were paying for it!!

nomdeplume · 15/06/2007 12:25

mine is about the size of a 50p and was £50 10 years ago, no colours, just black.

KittylettesoontobeMadOldBint · 15/06/2007 12:26

!!

No wonder my best mates rich, lol

sparklygothkat · 15/06/2007 12:27

My bird was £25 9 years ago. Misdee has the same one on her back, we had them done together. IIRC Misdee paid for it too

Back to your original question I'm 19 weeks tomorrow & still in ordinary clothes so no I think your bump is mahooooooosive compared to mine. Is that what you really wanted someone to say

sparklygothkat · 15/06/2007 14:35

lol, I jut thought it was small, I only have my sister to compare too atm, she is 5 weeks ahead of me and she is HUGE!!!

MadOldBint · 15/06/2007 14:42

Its so nice your both PG together!

sparklygothkat · 15/06/2007 14:49

she is due at the begining of oct and I am due 8th nov. If our previous pregnancies are anything to go by, she could have her dd2 3 weeks early and I could have this baby 7-9 weeks early, so we could be in together..

OP posts:
MadOldBint · 15/06/2007 14:56

wow 8 weeks early?

Id love to be PG at the same time as my sister, but her DP is a nob so I dont want her having anymore babies,

sparklygothkat · 15/06/2007 14:57

yes dd1 was 9 weeks early, dd2 was 7 weeks early and DS was 5 weeks early.

aikigypsy · 15/06/2007 15:08

I am at 19 weeks and my bump is much smaller, but this is my first, which probably makes a difference. Mine is almost as big as Kitty's.

Jbck · 15/06/2007 15:56

It is a lovely bump tho' lol, I'm fed up just looking a bit fat, I didn't show properly with DD till 6.5 months so I could have a way to go yet. Feeling very low & heavy today tho' so maybe it's just about to sprout right out. I wore a very smocky top yesterday to work & everyone thought I'd popped overnight but today I was back in normal stuff & just looked my chubby self. Maybe you look big because you're so neat elsewhere I'm a good few pounds (make that a stone) overweight so it could be the difference.

sparklygothkat · 15/06/2007 16:11

big?? Thats a first!! I guess its ok then

OP posts:
filthymindedvixen · 15/06/2007 16:13

LL I was about that size, maybe biggger (9lb 8oz)

That was the amount of cake I was carrying...the baby was only 3oz boom boom!
