Just got my BFP.. unplanned

Hi all.. just got a positive pregnancy test period is one day late!! Unplanned pregnancy just been feeling off the past week.. Last period 13th September which leaves me about 5 weeks.. anyone else got theirs today??

Aw thank you everyone.. my other little one will be 3 in January so another baby will be exciting.. congrats OP on being 7 weeks.. hoping all goes well!! X
