Paracetamol yay or nay?

5 weeks pregnant and headaches are just getting worse everyday! In so much pain! wondering if paracetamol is ok to be using and how often? Any other headache remedies would be muchly appreciated too.

Paracetamol is fine. Just stick to limits on the pack.

4Head is quite nice and soothing. The strips are good for longer periods, but I prefer the sticks.

Paracetamol is fine to use in pregnancy. Normal dosage rules apply.

Ibuprofen not ok.
