Guess the sex!

Just thought I would repost to see if anyone had any guesses... still torn as to whether to book a private scan to find out ina. Few weeks or to just wait for my 20 week scan! Any guesses welcome... I’m not sure if this is a nub in the picture or just part of the leg??
