New nerves and anxiety

I am between 6 and 9 weeks pregnant. I have my midwife appointment next Friday which I'm really anxious about.

In the mean time, my body is up to particular things. Can anybody settle my nerves at all...?!

My tummy gets pulling sensations, mainly on side of my lower abdomen but occasionally both. If i stand up or move too quick, if i stand up a long time, if i twist when i roll over in bed... it's like something pulls inside, no pain but just this weird feeling

I am SO bloated all my trousers are tight and I'm living in leggings already. I feellike i should be 6 months gone!!!

My boobs are very tender, but when i take my bra off the pain in them is ridiculous. It subsides after a white but oh oh oh they hurt (i unfortunately have big boobs anyway)

I am constipated... TMI sorry but it makes my tummy hurt a bit but i worry if i try to push then I'll hurt my teeny baby developing

I'm still taking pregnancy tests because I'm still in shock that I am pregnant!! I can't get it to stick in

All those symptoms are exactly what I had with my first.
Practically lived in my sports bra from the pain of boobs!
Bloat is real and I got leggings and maternity jeans at 6weeks! Oddly, not until 10weeks with this one.
The pulling odd pains are your ligaments stretching and getting soft, so try not to move too quickly and it will help. Felt like I tore a hole in my belly the other morning when I rushed up to comfort my dd.
Pushing for a poo won't hurt baby, and constipation is the worst. Recommended not to push too much anyway because of risk of piles and what not, but definitely recommend high fibre foods to aid flow! If not, get some pills to losses it up if its super bad.
Mine subsided quite quickly, although being a veggie I have a super high fibre diet anyway...
Stop peeing away money on tests!
Congrats and good luck!

Thank you for that. I feel very reassured by your kind words. It's a while new world to me and I'm so overwhelmed. I have my midwife booking appointment on Friday, nervous about it yet still looking forwards to it x

Yep.. ALL normal pregnancy symptoms. Particularly tender breasts and bloating, thats practically a given in early pregnancy.

The pulling sensation is round ligament pain, the ligaments under your uterus stretching with extra weight. It doesn't typically happen until 2nd trimester but I've had it from the very start with all 3 of my pregnancies (and right up to the very end. 37 weeks now and still have it).

I don't normally suffer constipation but again, a normal pregnancy symptom.

My family are winding me up saying I've got a litter of babies in there with how my symptoms are so quick! But then the more people i speak to, the more i know everyone is completely different but so many people are like this from day 1. Which is really reassuring. I'm not usually a worrying kind of person, but because this is such a huge thing, i feel really protective and super sensitive to everything!! Xx

I'm week 5-7. The pain is the same for me and pretty constant except when lying down. My bloat is massive. Struggling with clothes. Everyone varies as far as I can tell.
