I have horrible ms I can barely get off the sofa or I throw up. I am still working. I haven’t got the energy to even shower though. I’m so stressed, we just moved house and we have a lot going on. I can’t cope but no one seems to be there for me. I just want to cry all the time but nothing comes out.

I have the crazy heightened sense of smell too, and I work in a pub. Can anyone please give me any help on how to battle through this. I can’t cope with it anymore.

Gp. Now. They might be able to help with the nausea/ sickness. First trimester is TOUGH.

I know it sounds so stupid but i just keep telling myself oh the doctor won’t do anything people have it way worse. I know people who had HG so I feel like such a fool to complain about what I’m going through

8-9 where the worst for me so I feel your pain, you can always ask the GP, I did but she was reluctant to give me anything unless I was being physically sick all the time and was dehydrated. They don't like giving you much of anything when pregnant I've found as risk of effecting baby. I asked if I could even take herbal stuff to help me sleep but nope! Mine has 90% gone now on the sickness side, still knackered.
My midwife said digestive biscuits as they keep sugar level up. I didn't have as many as she said but to be fair they did take the edge off at times. Thanks

Actually I think it was the sonogropher rather than midwife who said about the biscuits, either way it did help me a bit. As long as you aren't diabetic then you need to monitor the sugar levels carefully with the maternity unit and best not to stuff loads of digestives in.

It doesn't matter if other people had it worse - it doesn't make it any less awful for you! Try to see your GP, there are plenty of options they could offer which can help.
