Cos of my high BMI and anterior placenta, I've not really felt anything so far, other than a few "rolls" that may have been the baby but may have been wind/digestion...

Since yesterday I haven't really felt anything other than this bizarre feeling in my lower stomach that kinda feels like seasickness/nausea but maybe like a period pain (imagine if a mild period pain was like 10/10 then what I am feeling is in the same place, the same feeling but only a 1/10 ifgwim)

Is this the baby moving? Or am I actually seasick? Or is it the Matrix?!?

It's hard to tell from your description tbh! A very very mild period pain might be baby stretching out a bit or just the uterus and ligaments themselves gently stretching. Baby movements do feel like wind or "fluttering" to begin with usually and then get stronger until they're unmistakable.

It feels like there is no definite movement, no fluttering, no rolls. But what I can feel is similar to when you read in the car and get a bit sickly but its where I would normally feel period pains. I think you're right about the stretching. I had strong round ligament pains a few weeks ago and now every so often I'll just get a slight, quick period pain that isn't painful...

It is all very bizarre.
