Pains in lower tummy

Hi,

I'm currently 35 +5, and I'm finding it really painful to get comfortable in bed and when sitting down. When I move from side to side in bed at night I get pains in my lower tummy, groin area and hips. Sometimes it's not that bad and sometimes it's really bad that it can take me a while to actually change positions! Once I am in a comfortable position the pain and discomfort go away.

I'm sure it's normal but just want some reassurance as this if my first pregnancy!

TIA x

I used to get similar. Never worked out if it was gas or muscles. Eating bananas and and putting Epsom salts in the bath may help if it's muscular
