Just feeling a bit crappy- 36 weeks and I seem to have every symptom going. Thankfully baby is moving lots and I have no worries about her!
I’ve had morning sickness and nausea the whole way through my pregnancy. I had been suffering from extreme tiredness but haven’t slept really for the last last 5 nights.
I have a cold so lots of sneezing and a sore throat. This has also given me jaw ache.
I have very low iron so I’m on medication for that well as anxiety. The low iron keeps giving me heart palpitations which in turn make me sick.
Add acid reflux to the mix and a dose of self pity!
What can I do to make myself feel less crapppy?

Book something you can look forward to in a week, pedicure, facial, evening out? Also get some vapour rub, that helped a little when I had a cold.

So sorry to hear youve hit the wall ! All I can throw out is some positivity which is best case scenario baby comes in a week (37) , worst case scenario , you only have 4 left and it will fly by and will all be worth it when your little baby is snuggly in your arms !
The last few weeks are the worst and you just feel like your shifting a wardrobe and like crud all the time , I recommend a massage from DP/DH/DW, plenty of warm drinks , lighting a Yankee - baby powder candle ( it made me feel really close to baby and just real mumsy lol ) , paint your nails or get them painted , have some sort of treatment for you ( I used to get a lady to come to the house so I didn't have to move far Wink) x
Sending loads of sympathy but lots of excitement at how close you are BrewThanksxx

I'm only 11 weeks but feeling pretty awful, my OH did a MASSIVE deep clean the other day, opened all the windows and made the bedroom smell amazing, lit a candle and put all fresh bedding on - I got into bed with some Netflix and a nice cup of herbal tea and it made SUCH a difference!

I really feel for you. I'm 31 weeks and honestly feel hopeless at times. Planned c section at 38 weeks but just don't no how I'm even going to get through the day sometimes. I'm so so tired.

I hope your baby arrives on time and you start sleeping better. Xx

I don’t know how to make you feel better, I’m sorry.

Have some online good wishes and flowers instead. 💐💐💐

So sorry. I know the feeling. I was 40+18 when I went into labour naturally. I was in bits because I was so exhausted but I hung on till the very end. I took things hour by hour and tried to enjoy every movement inside me, knowing this may be the last time I would feel a baby moving within me.

I watched tv shows that would make me laugh, listen to music and sing along. I practiced my hypnobirth mantras and birth breathing techniques I learned.

It will happen. You got this
