Bump dips in at the top?

Hi all,

I'm 15+2 with my first baby but second pregnancy (suffered a MMC at 12 weeks in April).

In the past week or so the bloat seems to have deflated and my actual bump is emerging. Today I noticed that my bump has a dip just above it? I understand that all bumps come in different shapes and sizes.

I've attached a few pictures so you can see what I mean. Excuse the ratty PJs Grin

I think that's just because of the shape of your abdomen. 15 weeks is early to have much of a bump. I'm sure you are feeling anxious but analysing the bump like this is probably not going to be helpful for you.

I'm not worried, simply curious. Guess I was looking forward to having the cute round belly, but that's a few weeks off! Grin

I'm no expert but could it dip where the top of your uterus is? It's your second so everything pops out quicker lol

Oh and it's hardly noticeable, with even tight clothes I doubt you'd even see it

In the nicest way possible , you don't actually have a proper bump yet so I wouldn't worry too much.

Give it another 10 or so weeks and you'll be Shock at a big bump , as I was!

Congratulations OP you'll have a lovely bump , try not to worry Thanks

Thanks everyone! Yeah, I know I haven't got much of a bump yet and can't wait until I look pregnant rather than someone who loves pie Grin
