Polyhydramnios and Abdominal Pain

Anyone who's had PH suffer with 'severe' stomach cramps/pain?

I'm 28+6 and have 'off the chart' fluid levels... over 29cm.

I had a bit of a 'funny turn' today where my vision was blurry and I went clammy as if I was going to faint whilst sat in a meeting.

I saw my midwife on Monday and my urine and BP were okay.

Not sure if I'm worth ringing the hospital (I was there for a growth scan yesterday) or if I'm just panicking?!

Always get a funny turn checked out when pregnant - if only for your own peace of mind. Ring labour ward. Hope everything is ok. X

Definitely get it checked out. Don't worry about going into hospital relatively soon after seeing the midwife, they want you to. Visual disturbances can be a sign of pre eclampsia and I think PH is considered a complication, so there are good reasons to go in I'd say. Call the labour ward and explain your situation (in full - they won't be looking at your notes) and see what they say. I had a banging headache around 33 weeks and was seen for that, even though I didn't have a single other indicator of pre eclampsia. Good luck!
