Six weeks & bleeding, no pain, no clots...

Just been for an internal scan which saw a little space in my uterus but couldn't confirm sack or any thing else. Couldn't confirm an eptopic as couldn't get a good look at my tubes. Bleeding is continuing but not very heavy. It's fresh, red. Absolutely no pain. The doctor took blood & I'll give another sample in 48hrs. She says my dates may not be exactly right & it may just be too early to see anything. My urine sample have a good strong positive results. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I'm so worried

Just to give you a positive story I had this at 8 weeks on my 2nd pregnancy. I was further along so scan confirmed the heartbeat. But I had a massive gush (soaked my jeans) and continued to bleed for another 3 weeks. I bled on and off for whole pregnancy and Dd is 6 now.

Thanks Tink. That's really reassuring. I had similar on my first (this is 3rd) but a 9 wks so by then, scan showed him waving at us.

It's just the worry of not seeing anything definitive that's the kicker.

Ugh, this waiting is horrible.
