Absolutely desperate, will do anything now to feel ‘well’ again. Currently 7+6 days pregnant and had severe ms since week 5, tried cyclizine which left me snoozing at the drop of a hat and with two other little ones to care for I am feeling I can’t take anymore. What hashelped others? Don’t remember it being this bad the first two pregnancies xx

I feel your pain. Berocca used to help me a little bit. Although, I had it so bad it's put me off ever doing it again

Thanks for your reply, next thing to try then is Berocca. All tips greatly received x

I took vit B6 in my last pregnancy. It really helped

That is reassuring, sent hubby out this morning to get some and it set him back £26! But if it helps I’ll pay. How soon did it start to work? I’m really desperate now, had morning sickness for last three weeks and feel like the children are really suffering now too. If I’m not being sick I’m sleeping x

Hey OP, have you tried citirizine? It's an antihistamine that's supposed to be more non drowsy than others. I've been taking b6 and I think it's helped... Hard to tell though as I've been taking it since I found out at 4+6, I still feel quite nauseous but haven't been sick and am ok around midday and as long as I stay away from strong smelling stuff. I'm 6+6 now.

Thanks for he replies, good to know I am not alone in this but also sorry to hear others are suffering too. Whilst I am truly over the moon to be expecting again I have found the last few weeks teally tough. Will look into the non-drowsy anti-histamine as have my first midwife appointment wednesday, but for now I am hoping and praying that the b6 will start to ease the symptoms, roll on the start of the second trimester 😀

I found some liquid b6 drops and this helped massively.

Where did you get the b6 liquid aetw? I took my first dose of pyridone this morning, touch wood I have felt a slight improvement as the afternoon/evening has progressed (hoping it is not wishful thinking at this early stage) really praying this will see me through the next few weeks until I hit the second trimester when hopefully the burst of energy and glow will appear
