Best pregnancy pillow?!

I'm hitting 20 weeks pregnant tomorrow and my lower back and neck are killing. I don't know if the neck is pregnancy related or not to be honest but I can hardly move my arms! Lower back went into a complete spasm yesterday and it actually made me feel nauseous it hurt so bad. Is this normal? What can I do to help? Another 20 weeks to go and I barely have a bump!

I have a dream genie and a wedge pillow. I find the wedge pillow brilliant. Really helps me not roll onto my back and you can use it in chairs too.

I got one of the massive 12 feet long U shaped ones. Mine was from eBay. I love it!! Started using it about 11 weeks when I had some pelvic pain, and have had no issues since (now 36+6!) I’m not entirely sure I’ll want to give it up once the baby arrivesGrin I think mine was about £20, and worth every penny. I sleep on my side with one ‘leg’of the pillow between my knees and supporting my bump&chest, and the other sort of tucked round my back so I can’t roll over and lie flat on my back.

I bought a cheap, u-shaped pregnancy pillow from amazon and it was only £13! Can't sleep without it now, it's so comfy! I'm 16+6Smile

Sign up to bounty as well as they send through emails almost daily with some amazing discounts on a whole host of items including several different types of pregnancy pillows. I got a combined breast feeding and pregnancy pillow reduced to less than £10 through them and it's fab. Now I'm getting a bit bigger I'm going to invest in a big 6ft one through there too!

I have the dream genie and I personally did not like it. I know many rave about it but I found it much more comfortable to simply put one pillow between my knees, and another (squishy one) by my bump. Those U and L shaped ones look good and I'd probably try one of yhose for a furure pregnancy. Hope you feel better!
