Hello everyone
I hope everyone is well
I’m currently 18 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and we recently found we’re having a baby girl 💗💗 we have two boys already so we’re all over the moon, I’ve notice that this pregnancy is totally different from my other two, I’m constantly getting colds is anyone else in the same boat as me? I feel sick a lot of time too
Is anyone the same as me! Any information or advice would be fantastic thank you 😊

Yes I had a cold almost constantly throughout pregnancy (and had a girl, but I think that's probably coincidence!). Your immune system is down when you're pregnant and there's a link with sinus issues and unfortunately not a lot you can take for it. I found ginger, honey & lemon juice soothing.
