Twinges pain at 33 weeks

Hi ladies, I'm 33 weeks pregnant and starting with twinges in my stomach and pain, on my first baby no bleeding or anything is this jus normal twinges ?

Could be braxton hicks, but they are meant to be painless

Could it just be from the movements and stretching?

@Havetothink they stopped pretty much after yesterday so that was a good thing my mate thought it was braxton hicks
