Day one of third trimester

Argh! Having had a smoothish pregnancy to date, I started the first trimester today with multiple irritations.

I have a stinking cold and I’m bunged up. I have a groin rash which is sooooo itchy. Non stop acid reflux. I can’t sleep. I’m tired and uncomfortable. Oh, and constipated. Yay.

I just needed a moan.....bluuuurgh

I hope you ladies out there are fairing better

If the reflux continues, get something prescribed. I had horrible heartburn with my first and was utterly miserable. My midwives were very dismissive until I had a different one at 36 weeks, who told me to call my doctor for a prescription. Game changer!!
