6 weeks pregnant. No symptoms. No bump.

Hi all, I just wanted to know if anyone has been in my situation. I'm 6+3 and have lost the fatigue I experienced last week. Boobs are barely sore, only when I press on them. I don't feel any belly expansion either. I went to wipe yesterday and saw a tiny amount of blood. Not even a drop and nothing since.

I have a 4 year old DD and had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks last year (baby didn't develop past 4 weeks). Now that I'm finally pregnant again I'm getting the same feelings I did with the MMC. I just don't feel pregnant.

Can anyone offer a glimmer of hope? I'm going in for a scan tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

The baby is the size of an apple seed at 6 weeks so not having a bump is completely normal. Some people have bloating early on, some don’t (I never did).
6 weeks is very early for symptoms. I had nothing until around 7 weeks with any of my pregnancies (when the sickness started). Only had sore boobs with my first, they weren’t sore at all with my second or third.
Of course there are no guarantees that everything is ok, as with any pregnancy. I wouldn’t worry about the lack of symptoms though.

Not to be harsh but the baby is the size of a lentil atm so definitely wouldn’t expect a bump of any kind for at least another six weeks.

I had no symptoms with two of my pregnancies and they were both absolutely fine. I did have two MMC so completely understand your angst but with one of them, I had strong symptoms and it had still gone wrong so it sometimes means very little.

I was stressing about this exactly one year ago (though I was 7 weeks). I'd had two MMC previously.

My symptom free pregnancy is now a solid 18 week old baby 🤗.

I didn't feel pregnant until I started feeling flutter at week 17 ..... got sore boobs at first but that went off...

I felt the same at 8 weeks and paid for an early scan, dreading the worst. Everything was perfectly fine! Good luck OP.

Thank you, all. I went in for a scan and all is fine! I cried when I was told there is a heartbeat! I feel so lucky because I was prepared for the worst.

I panicked at 7 weeks because all my symptoms had gone and I felt totally normal (possibly the only scenario where not feeling unwell is cause for panic) and he is now a hulking great 5 year old with a penchant for telling me long involved dinosaur stories

Baby is TINY at six weeks so I wouldn't expect a bump. I'm nearly ten weeks and still not showing.

In terms of symptoms, again, six weeks is early. My symptoms didn't really kick in until 7 weeks and they're fading now at 10 weeks. I worried as I've previously had a missed miscarriage, but I've had two early scans, both of which show a healthy baby with a strong heartbeat ❤

I wasn't showing at 20 weeks and then I just popped out in the few weeks after. Really doubt you'll show anything at 6 weeks. Didn't feel any symptoms whatsoever at 6 weeks either apart from crappy skin. No sore boobs... they still haven't hurt and I'm 29 weeks now. Try not to worry at this stage, every pregnancy is different and out of your hands unfortunately xx

My period is late first I ever missed my period for 20 days did 4 pregnancy test ( 3 HPT) 1 at the doctor’s office all come back positive but the problem is my body don’t feel pregnant only my breast feel sore and I felt it most in the morning when I wake up during the day not so bad Maybe because it’s my first time I don’t know what to expect I’m gonna get a early scan just hope everything is okay praying I need my baby .
