It’s ds birthday today. Was 40 +6 when he finally showed up, so total sympathy. Congrats

I am with you on this one. I am 30+4 and was so hopeful when it cooled down last week that it was the end of the hot weather but unfortunately not!

Thegirlhasnoname · 05/08/2018 19:17

I’m 28+1 and totally with you. When it rained where I live last week I went out and sat in it, I’m so fed up of this weather!

I'm 36 weeks and feel bloody awful in this heat.

K9pal7 · 05/08/2018 20:03

I know the feeling am 34+3 and struggled so much this summer and am not even that big to say am like 8 months😫. I loved the cool weather last week/early this week 1st time I've worn leggings and jeans since may/June. Now back to Laying naked in bed in front of the fan 🤣

SharpLily · 05/08/2018 20:16

I'm only 13 weeks but am not in the UK. It's 48 degrees here. We have no aircon in the house, for various annoying reasons. It's not nice. I fucking hate hot weather - why do I live here? Angry I feel like I'm continually damp and am about to start growing mildew on myself.

36 weeks here and the thought of going into labour in this weather is miserable! I had visions of using my mat leave to batch cook as August is normally a wash out. Yep, that’s not happening! 😂

DLB22 · 05/08/2018 20:19

38+6 and living in central London. A week into my maternity leave and don't feel like doing anything other than sofa and films! Just too hot to move or go out!! So bored and fed up! Drinking pints of iced raspberry leaf tea praying she comes soon!

Poptart4 · 05/08/2018 20:32

32 weeks today and there's loads i wanna do around the house before baby comes but its so hard to get anything done in this heat :(

I was reading today that they think the heatwave is going to last until October! They can fcuk right off. Bring on Autumn!

Vampyress · 05/08/2018 20:41

Due on Thursday and it has been absolutely hellish. The sweat has been pouring off me every day and I know it will only get worse when ds arrives and suddenly all the retained water decides to exodus all at once. To make things worse I got 4 mosquito bites on the same arse cheek Blush. Can't wait for autumn xx

LeaWings · 05/08/2018 22:35

My sister is 37 weeks in this heat, feeling really sorry for her. I’m 11 weeks and I hate it so I can’t imagine how you ladies are managing.

WhirlingTurkey · 06/08/2018 08:30

I'm only just in the second trimester, but still suffering with morning sickness and 24 hr nausea, the heat is REALLY not helping. Roll on autumn and the season of mellow fruitfulness...

I gave birth to my first baby in June and it was hot, but not this hot - much sympathy for anyone heavily pregnant in this weather!
