I'm 28 weeks pregnant and my legs are so achy and tired, they get tingly and I get pins and needles in them down to my feet when I sit down.

Is this normal? Anyone else get this? Any tips to relieve this would be appreciated xx

Hi, try putting your feet in hot water on the evening and massaging them before bed. There are stretches you can do if the pain develops into cramps, which are quite common in pregnancy.

I had terrible cramp in my calves and feet from 25-33 weeks. It’s so painful and it was waking me up at night.

Massaging them before bed is a great tip.
When you can try to keep your feet elevated as mine got worse when my feet were swollen.
Stretching the muscles is a good idea too. If I’m lying on the sofa I flex my toes towards my head. Try not to point your toes as that can bring it on!

Hope it gets better soon!
