Hey @missmoodymoo
I feel your pain! I’m now 14 weeks and the evening vomits seem to have returned 🀒. I went to the doctors at week 6 because I was vomitting more than 5 times a day and couldn’t keep any liquids down and they started me on cyclizine which definitely reduced it but still have times when I’m sick (I only take it once a day - but can be taken up to 3 times). It’s definitely worth speaking to your GP if you’re struggling. I think that around 9-11 weeks the placenta starts to take over so it should reduce! (I’m still waiting for that to happen πŸ˜‚). I’ve found that bananas aren’t too bad to throw up because they seem to remove the acidity, unfortunately I threw them up so often that I now can’t eat them. This pregnancy lark is fun isn’t it!? πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ I hope you’re feeling better soon!! Try and drink between vomits as well to bring the fluid up rather than your partially digested food. 🀞🏼🀞🏼

I’m 24 weeks and I’m still being sick a lot, i would speak to your gp and get some anti sickness tablets, they’ll check your urine for dehydration and let you know if it’s more than just morning sickness. It is really tough, it’s so hard when you have a full time job and sickness comes and goes whenever it wants. If it persists I feel I may need to take my mat leave earlier than I would like :(

I feel your pain! I'm almost 9 weeks and my nausea is WAY worse in the evenings.
