Lost appointment letter - will it matter?

Have my 12 week scan this morning and frantically looking for my appointment letter which I can't find for the life of me! I keep all of my pregnancy stuff together and have literally everything but that!

I'm sure it said on the letter that you should take it but has anyone else ever forgotten it and still been seen? Panicking the they will re-arrange now and I'm anxious enough!

Morning, don’t worry. They’ll have it all on their system. Take the rest of your notes with you so you have your nhs number! Good luck for your scan!!!

Thank you pindlesandneedles! I don't have physical notes this time strangely. I did with DS but I've moved trust and they do it all electronically on an app (which doesn't work). But I do have my NHS number so thank the lord for that!

I just had to give my name at reception, then I got sent off to the scan department :)

Never needed my appointment letters. In fact I just get an sms stating I have an appointment the day before.
