Slowly loosing my mu as plug?

So I'm sure over the past few days I've been loosing my plug I had a sweep on Thursday but nothing came out but she said she has loosened some of the plug and since yesterday I've been loosing yellow snot like stuff ( completely different to my normal dishcharge but there's no blood stained in it yet? Does this mean things are going in the right direction or? 38+1

It's quite normal to loose the plug after a sweep because the midwife has disturbed the cervix with her fingers and effectively loosened the plug which causes it to come out at some point. It doesn't mean that anything will happen imminently but it could do, there is just no way of knowing as everyone responds differently.
