Sudocrem in pregnancy

Hello everyone I've been using sudocrem throughout my pregnancy to make my bikini area clean looking and I just wondered is this cream safe to use ? I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant

I really don't understand how sudocream makes anywhere look clean 😕

I slap it all over my baby's vagina so I can't see why not.

How does it make it look clean though?
