My order says it was dispatched a week last Monday and I haven’t received mine. However, I read this on the FB page:
Dear customers,
Please note that due to an extreme high volume of emails and messages that we have been getting, we have been unable to respond within our normal timescale. This is unfortunately due to most customers asking for order updates within a few hours of purchasing. Due to the amount of orders and customer service requirements we have had to deal with, we have been delayed with sending orders out. This does not affect your actual order in anyway.
If you wish to be refunded, please send us an email to [email protected] quoting your order number and we will cancel and refund your order within 24hrs of receiving your refund request.
Orders that have already been sent out can take up to 10 working days to arrive (2 full weeks). Please note, we are able to recall dispatched orders therefore if you claim for your order once it has been dispatched, we will automatically refund you and recall the order back to ourselves.
Please go via the correct route of requesting a refund if required. We do not offer any form of faster delivery service.
As you can see from our Trust rating, we have 100% rating due to being very prompt throughout our time of trading. If you do not wish to wait for your order to arrive then please do not shop with us as we have had a number of customers order and expect delivery within 1/2 days. This is not a service that we offer.
