Does this sound like movement?

I'm 20 weeks today and since the last few weeks, I've felt what feels like muscle twitches/spasms, usually in the lower right hand side of my pelvis or a little higher up. I have felt it once in the low down middle.
It's like when you get an eyelid twitch but in my tummy.
Does this sound like baby moving? The worrying thing is it hasn't got any stronger in weeks.

That sounds like a good description of the early movements i remember. Like a flutter down at the bottom left-hand corner of my stomach iyswim. It didn’t change for ages until dc was big enough for noticeable kicks (and constant hiccups, which continued for the first few months of her life, weirdly).

I always thought early movement felt like the vibrations of live music but inside you iyswim. Like a tiny, rhythmic drumbeat. Post 20 weeks, it changes rapidly.

I've had this! It feels like that eye twitch you get when tired but in my uterus. Couldn't decide if it was baby or just muscles. I'm 19+4.

Sounds about right. From 21 weeks mine have got more obvious but it varies so may be a few more weeks
