Early pregnancy pains

Hi, this is my first pregnancy and I found out quite early. I’m just coming up to 5 weeks and have started getting pains in the centre of my stomach and occasionally the right hand side. It feels like a stitch. I have browsed here and people are saying about round ligament pain. But with this people are saying it’s usually found in the lower abdomen. Can anyone give me some advice. As I said it’s my first pregnancy and my mum had 5 miscarriages, so any little twinge I worry about. Thanks in advance

I had quite a few pains early on. They were seemingly a combination of trapped wind and my uterus stretching. I’m sure it’s nothing to be worried about :) if there is any bleeding, then you should be more concerned.

I'm 8 weeks and I get cramping occasionally which comes and goes. I have been told this is all normal and I should only worry if the pain is more than my period pain
