IBS in pregnancy

Has anyone found they've suffered just as bad if not worse with their IBS in pregnancy? During my first trimester I pretty much had both S&D for the majority of it, with horrific tummy cramps being the sign symptom each time like it usually is for me.
As I got into the second trimester it started to get better slightly, but I still get it quite badly! I'm 24 weeks now and I'd say I get it at least once every 1-2 weeks. Horrific tummy cramps that cause me to have to breathe through them and make me question if I'm going into labour (I know I'm not as it's been a constant symptom so far)

My worry is with how bad the cramps are when I get it, could this put me at a higher risk for early labour, and am I going to be able to know the difference as time goes on. I already have two DC, both who's labours were extremely quick with no time for pain relief, so I think that's what's worrying me more incase one time I think it's IBS again and it's not!
