Stomach pains at 12+4

Hi all, all day i've been suffering with stomach pains, it feels like mild cramps, a bit like period pain. It isn't overly painful, just uncomfortable and I'm a bit worried. Has anyone else experienced similar at this stage? Just to add, I had my 12 week scan earlier this week and all was fine.

I did , as long as there's no bleeding I would say that your ok ! Same as most midwife advice as they will usually just say it's stretching / round ligament pain .
However if ever in doubt don't just trust mums net users as helpful as we may sometimes be we can't give you the medical reassurance you probably need to stop the worrying . I'd give your midwife a call and more then likely she will say the same as me ( mother in laws a midwife and I'm the most panicky pregnant person ) and this was what I was told .
