Bleeding in early pregnancy

Ladies I need advice and honest opinions. I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks in October. I hadnt known very long. I knew within a few hours that I had lost the baby.... i had heavy bleeding pretty after a few hours that lasted a few weeks. I contacted the drs then and they basically said wait it ouT there’s nothing they can do

I got another BFP on thursday making me approx 6 weeks.Friday afternoon i began to spot brown blood only when I wiped so that didn’t worry me too much. Today it’s progressed to red, I’m not filling the pads there is a smallish amount but more than yesterday. I’ve contacted and again they said it could be fine it could be me another miscarriage.

I need you all to be honest. Has anyone had this and gone on to have a healthy pregnacy ?

Thanks xxx

It may be implantation bleeding. I will be around 10 weeks this coming week and from week 5 to 7 I was in and out of epu with spotting it went from pink to red was really worrying. Had 2 scans saw a heartbeat both times it turned out I had an infection so went on antibiotics touch wood not had any spotting since. Is there any way you could get to an epu at some point For them to check you over? Might bring some reassurance. So sorry for your miscarriage Thanks

Can I just got to an epu? The doctors told me to wait and see what happens. I’m bleeding a lot now filled a pad in 4 hours. Will see how I am when I wake up again but I think I’ve lost this baby too :( xxxx

I'm not sure it depends on area some you can self refer some you can be referred to by GP, a&e etc. I'm so sorry you're going through this I hope you get seen to xxxThanks

I had a phone consultation and was told to wait and see what happens. But to prepare for the worst. It’s feels like last time. Thanks for your advice xxxx

I hope everything works out for you 🤞🏻 xxx

Everything crossed for you - I am 4+5 and have had light bleeding this weekend, I was told on the phone that the EPU will not do anything until I am at least 6 weeks, so just to wait it out and contact them if it gets worse or I develop pain.

Hope that everything is ok for you - ring the EPU back in the morning.

So it’s been a few days, my mum being a push mum got hold of the local midwife center number. We called them and were transferred to the local epu. I had blood taken twice and my hgc was low and then lower. It was taken a 3rd time and almost tripled. I have a scan Wednesday and have a very clear bfp again. I’m in utter shock apparently my little baby is a fighter. Xxxxxx
The bfp is even brighter in real life cxxx

I bled for two days with my DD, was sent for an early scan at 7+4 weeks and there was her little heart beating ten to the dozen.

That BFP looks very promising. Wishing you all the best with your little bean x

Good luck Smile

Thank you, i had fully excepted I had lost the baby. I bled worse than when I miscarried at 12 weeks. The midwife seems to think that possibly I conceived twins but lost one. I’m not sure but i haven’t stopped smiling since she called xxxx
