I literally can’t believe it! I haven’t felt sick for the last week. I thought “oh great, 13 weeks, sickness stops now I can get in with life”.
Last night I was wretching after a bowl of spegetti and tomato sauce and this morning I have thrown up in somebodies front garden! Does this happen?! Has this happened to you? Help!

It can come and go so unless your meal wasn't cooked right you haven't done anything wrong.

Welcome to pregnancy!

Op very strange as I am almost at exactly the same stage, the last week has not been so bad, today I feel terrible! I don't know why either so let's hope it's gone by tomorrow.

Of course! Lots of people have it coming and going ! Some lucky women have it all the way through !

Waitingonasmiley42 · 23/04/2018 11:35

It's normal! I was sick on and off until baby was born. Rubbish but normal for some women.

Arghhh! I thought I had seen the last of it but today I just feel like crap! @fruitatteatime Funny yours is the same! I was feeling so smug. I even did garden on Saturday and ate a roast! Unbelievable now, I’m back on dry bread and crackers!

aetw how are you feeling now? I'm not so bad as I have been but definitely still got that nauseous feeling.

I used to find if I remotely overdid things it would come back. So a late night, or lots of gardening etc would not be good.
Also it was easier to forget to eat if I wasn't feeling sick - I found regular snacks helped keep it at bay (once I'd got past the stage of instantly regurgitating anything that went into my mouth!).
