How much glucose in urine too much?

I’m 30 wks and today mw found 3.3 glucose in urine. There was no problem 3 days ago during my regular antenatal visit.
I’ve already had a glucose test at 28 wks as baby was measuring big bit that came back negative.
Could this be as urine sample was taken an hr after breakfast (musli+granola+fruit)?

Its possible as fruit etc has high natural sugar and when I did the GTT test in first pregnancy it was fine and I monitored the levels in urine and always came back high due to the fruit I ate.

Maybe wait a couple of hours and try again - the tests hospital do are more accurate due to rules etc.

If GTT came back negative then it sounds ok.

Thanks, I only had 2 blackberries and 2 raspberries. I’m also feeling really tired but don’t see how it’s possible to have everything ok on Thursday afternoon and this morning sugar in urine is so high??
I have never had any glucose detected in urine during pregnancy
I’m booked in for another Gtt test this week. Wondering if it’s a good idea to try and cut sugar out even in the meantime hoping my energy levels increase or just wait for the test results to come back first?
