13 weeks and strange sensations

I'm 13 weeks today.
My lower regions feel heavy, like there's pressure down there, just above the pubic bone mainly. In between there and the belly button. On and off sharp pains too.
No bleeding.

Does this all sound normal?

I am 13+3 and having the same sensations. I would say it's completely normal.

I have a heavy, dull "ache" on and off around my bottom left-hand side and sharp pains. It was at it's worst on Wednesday and it's eased off now. I am pretty sure it's just all the growing and stretching that's happening and nothing to worry about.

I'd only be concerned if it was extreme cramping, accompanied with heavy bleeding. Try not to worry.
